The things I do that fill my life . . .

artist – sculpture (sand / wire & metal / paper / ceramics); drawing (mostly charcoal, often large scale); printmaking (etching / drypoint).

illustrator – any subject! Visual language is my specialty. Images are produced digitally using my computer and pen tablet.  I offer years of experience designing appropriate images, including anatomy, for Indigenous health education resources. htpp://jatillustrational.com.au

health professional – part-time work in a busy Indigenous health clinic in the central heart of Australia.

arts administrator – part-time work co-ordinating the Alice Prize, a national biennial art prize, for a local not-for-profit arts organisation, Alice Springs Art Foundation.

Studying art was delayed in my life due to pressure about not being able to earn enough money. But the urge to express ideas visually and experiment with new techniques can not be suppressed!
